SUNDAY 2ND OF FEBRUARY AT 3 PM FLOW YOGA CLASS IN LONDON FIELDS, E8, £10

Flow yoga classes for all levels in a super new studio in the heart of London Fields, E8.

In these classes we will do a gentle flow helping us to get into a beautiful mindfulness state while giving a sweet mobility to the body, in a dance style yoga class.

Bring your own mat.

There are three options of payments depending on what suit you best: £15, £10 or £5. My aim is to bring yoga to everyone.

I am a 500+ hrs trained multistyle yoga teacher. I have also trained in modern dance, pole dance, physical theatre and aerial circus skills. I create a unique style of yoga that combines all the disciplines I have trained in.

It is a 45 minutes class 3 pm-3.45 pm.
