HACKNEY AERIAL YOGA is and Indie yoga studio located in a warehouse in Stoke Newington very close to Clissold Park (N16).

If you don't like traditional yoga studios or gyms, then HACKNEY AERIAL YOGA is for you.

 45 minutes private aerial yoga class for one person.

Aerial yoga is a type of yoga everyone should try at least once in their life. It can be gentle or challenging. Your perception of yoga will change once you'll try aerial yoga.

You can have a strong power aerial yoga or...
...choose to have a restorative aerial yoga class to maximise your stretches and feel the wellness of yoga all over your body and mind.

Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga.

The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression.

Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class.

Avoid aerial inverts if you have:

• High blood pressure
• Heart condition
• Back or leg fracture
• Osteoporosis
• Hernia
• Vertigo
• Bone weakness
• Recent head injury
• Cerebral sclerosis
• Propensity for fainting
• Artificial hips
• Carpal Tunnel syndrome
• Severe arthritis

• Head cold
• Migraine
