This workshop is a sacred invitation to let go of all that no longer serves you—physically, emotionally, and mentally. As you step into this space, you will be guided to surrender deeply to the present moment, release the weight of your burdens, and make room for a more peaceful, aligned, and enlightened state of being.

You will be supported on a profound healing journey through gentle yoga, sacred breathwork, and meditation. You will allow yourself to shed old patterns, negative emotions, and stagnant energy. This is a time to embrace letting go, soften the heart, and welcome a new sense of peace and clarity.

What to Expect:

1.5 Hours of Gentle Yoga (Movement as Sacred Release)
We begin this journey with a soft, healing yoga flow that allows the body to open, soften, and release. Through each pose, you will be invited to connect with the divine wisdom within your body, honour its needs, and let go of any tensions or burdens you may be carrying. The practice will focus on surrendering into each movement, releasing what no longer aligns with your highest self.

  • Sacred Surrender: With every stretch, flow, and deep breath, we’ll explore the art of surrendering—letting go of control and embracing the body's wisdom.
  • Restorative Poses & Deep Healing: Gentle, restorative yoga postures will open your heart and mind, helping to release stuck energy and create space for healing and transformation.
  • Sacred Breathwork: Pranayama (breathing techniques) will guide you to connect to the divine life force within. You’ll receive healing energy; with each exhale, you’ll release what no longer serves you, clearing the body and mind.

1 Hour of Guided Meditation (Soulful Release & Spiritual Alignment)
After the yoga flow, we’ll deepen into the sacred stillness of meditation. Through a gentle, soul-awakening practice, you will be guided to release emotional baggage, mental clutter, and spiritual heaviness. This is your time to reconnect with your higher self, allowing the divine light within to illuminate your path.

  • Releasing Emotional Baggage: Guided visualization will help you release long-held emotions and attachments that no longer serve your soul’s evolution, creating space for love, light, and healing to enter.
  • Healing Affirmations: Through words of power and affirmation, we will invite healing energy into every part of your being, affirming your worth, beauty, and divine purpose.
  • Surrendering to Divine Peace: In this sacred silence, you will be held in a deep state of meditation, inviting peace and clarity to flood your being as you let go of all that no longer aligns with your soul’s journey.

15 minutes of Jin Shin Jyutsu (Free)

An ancient Japanese healing art, will help restore your energy flow by using simple touch techniques. This gentle modality encourages balance, harmonizing the body's natural energy pathways to release tension and support deep healing.

Who we are:

Azahara is a 500+ Hrs multidiscipline yoga teacher. She has also trained in Aerial circus skills, Modern dance and Pole dance. Azahara started her yoga journey more than 15 years ago in London, and after feeling the call to teach, Azahara went to study in Rishikesh to gain her yoga teacher qualification. Since then, Azahara has deepened her yoga knowledge, getting further qualifications as a Kundalini yoga teacher, Yoga Nidra teacher, and Yin yoga teacher.

Hugh Schulte is a musician and painter who is also training in the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. He is Studying at the official international faculty - Jin Shin Jyutsu Spirit Mind Body, qualifying for the summer of 2025. Suffering from chronic pain himself for many years, he found this healing practice transformative, so he is now keen to share it with others.

This workshop is not just an experience—it’s an invitation to reconnect with your divine self, soften your heart, and release all that stands in the way of your peace. Come, let go, and allow the divine energy to flow through you, creating space for healing, growth, and spiritual awakening.
