Give yourself permission to pause.

As the days get darker and the end of the year approaches, join us for a deeply restful 60-minute sound bath designed to create a quiet space away from the demands of everyday life.

Lie down, close your eyes and allow the sounds of singing bowls, chimes and other resonant instruments to guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

No previous experience is needed and no yoga experience is required.

Come as you are. Lie down. Close your eyes. Rest.

What to expect

A gentle guided relaxation
60 minutes of immersive sound
Singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments
Time to slow down and switch off
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners

Please bring

Your own yoga mat
A blanket or something warm to lie under (optional)
A small pillow for extra comfort (optional)
An eye mask if you like (optional)

Sound Bath

For our deep relaxation during sound bath, we use koshi chimes and other acoustic instruments. Because the room will fill with resonant physical sound vibrations, group sound baths are not recommended if you have:

• Pregnancy (specifically the first trimester, or high-risk pregnancies)

• Epilepsy or sound-triggered seizure conditions

• Pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or severe heart conditions

• Metal implants, pins, or very recent surgical procedures

• Severe tinnitus, hyperacusis, or advanced sound sensitivity

• Severe mental health conditions (such as severe clinical psychosis)

• Anyone requiring dedicated 1-on-1 medical care during a group class
