Why not getting an *Aerial Yoga pass for 3 classes and saving some money?

This pass allows you to come to 3 aerial yoga classes (workshops and courses are not included).

Please note it is essential that students pay close attention to all verbal instructions and demonstrations from the teachers.

Almost anyone can practise aerial yoga. But a few ailments will prevent somebody from attending aerial yoga.

The class will also include techniques such as aerial inverts to allow safe and controlled spinal decompression.

Aerial inverts are not safe for everyone. This activity is unsuitable for pregnant women and those who have recently undergone surgery. Please consult your physician before booking this class.

Aerial Yoga & Inversions

Hanging upside down feels amazing for the spine, but it does place unique pressure on the body. Students must pay close attention to all verbal instructions and demonstrations from the teachers. We kindly ask that you sit this specific session out if you are pregnant, or if you currently manage any of the following:

  • Recent changes: Recent surgeries, abdominal discomfort, or hernias

  • Bones & Joints: Joint replacements, hip, knee, shoulder, or neck issues, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, bone weakness, or osteoporosis

  • Spine & Back: Back or leg fractures, spinal injuries, or unspecified back pain

  • Circulation & Heart: Heart disorders, high blood pressure, or low blood pressure

  • Head & Senses: Vertigo, balance disorders, a propensity for fainting, recent head injuries, migraines, or sensory disorders affecting your eyes or ears

  • Internal Wellness: Epilepsy, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, asthma, respiratory issues, severe head colds, or sinusitis

  • Skin & Comfort: Unhealed scratches, open wounds, or active skin flare-ups (as the deep pressure, binding, and friction of the fabric can be painful or cause further irritation to your skin)

  • Mental Health: Active anxiety or depression

Savasana Sound Bath

For our deep relaxation during Savasana, we use koshi chimes and other acoustic instruments. Because the room will fill with resonant physical sound vibrations, group sound baths are not recommended if you have:

  • Pregnancy (specifically the first trimester, or high-risk pregnancies)

  • Epilepsy or sound-triggered seizure conditions

  • Pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, or severe heart conditions

  • Metal implants, pins, or very recent surgical procedures

  • Severe tinnitus, hyperacusis, or advanced sound sensitivity

  • Severe mental health conditions (such as severe clinical psychosis)

  • Anyone requiring dedicated 1-on-1 medical care during a group class

*Thia pass is valid for a month from the date of purchase for one person only.

Please Note: By proceeding to purchase your ticket, you explicitly confirm that you have reviewed the health and safety criteria in this description, confirm you are fully healthy to participate, and agree to our standard [Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy].
